MEET SARAH
Sarah Ulrich is a seventh-generation Floridian who was born in a modest home in Green Cove Springs in 1981. Her father managed a small family auto parts store and her mother was a former nurse turned homemaker. They taught her that character, faith, and hard work matter far more than titles. Her roots reach deep into Florida soil. Her mother’s family were orange farmers and beekeepers in Central Florida for generations. Lessons of thrift, independence, and perseverance shaped the foundation of Sarah’s life and the perspective she brings to public service today.
“I didn’t wait for someone to hand me opportunity, I built it. Now I’m running to make sure Washington stops getting in the way of everyone else trying to do the same.”
-Sarah Ulrich
Growing up in a working-class household, Sarah saw firsthand how sacrifice and personal responsibility build opportunity and freedom. Her parents raised three children on a tight budget, homeschooling them through a majority of their school years and teaching them that education and effort, not entitlement, determine real success. Sarah took those lessons to heart, skipping her junior year of high school, graduating early, and striking out on her own at eighteen.
Her first corporate job was at Bank of America in Jacksonville, where she was promoted annually for four years. She taught others how to manage their personal finances and learned how much respect, accountability, and listening are important when talking about deeply personal matters. She went on to build a successful career in real estate and later co-founded Ulrich & Ulrich, LLC with her husband, Nick, managing investment properties and helping make Floridians homeowners. Through every step, Sarah has understood what it takes to build a small business from the ground up and the importance of keeping government working for the people, instead of the other way around.
Today, Sarah globally manages the channel program for a Florida-based manufacturer. In that role, she leads international teams, manages multimillion-dollar partnerships, and helps American innovation compete on the world stage. Over more than two decades in the private sector, she has become known for driving growth through collaboration by aligning diverse teams across borders and industries to achieve common goals.
Sarah’s path from a homeschooled kid to leading global operations was built entirely on grit. Along the way, she earned her MBA from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, graduating cum laude, and a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional and has been a member of organizations such as Toastmasters International, MENSA, Thrive Church Dream Team, and the Volusia County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, where she’s worked to promote homeownership and expand opportunity for working families.
Faith and family anchor Sarah’s life. She has been married to her husband Nick for more than twenty years. Together they have two children, both students at Florida State University, and have spent their lives rooted in the same values that guided the generations before them: faith, work, and community.
In 2025, Sarah faced one of the greatest tests of her life when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Within months she underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, emerging cancer-free. That experience deepened her sense of purpose and her belief that every challenge is an opportunity to serve others with greater strength and humility.
Sarah Ulrich is not a career politician, and she’s proud of it. She’s a Christian, a business leader, and a mom who believes in faith, freedom, and fiscal responsibility. Her book, Bread & Circuses: Updating American Politics, Corporations, and Finances for a Better Future, lays out her vision for rebuilding trust in government officials, restoring integrity to public life, and giving working families a fair shot again.
Sarah believes that the federal government should live within its means, that homeownership and small-business creation are the backbone of prosperity, and that parents, not bureaucrats, know what is best for our children. She is unapologetically pro-life, grounded in her belief that every human being is created with purpose and deserving of protection. And she knows from experience that freedom isn’t granted by government, it’s earned every day by those who work hard, keep their word, and take responsibility for their choices.
From her start answering phones in a Jacksonville call center to leading teams across continents, Sarah has lived the American Dream the old-fashioned way. Now she’s running for Congress to ensure that dream stays alive for all of us.
Sarah Ulrich will fight to keep government accountable, strengthen the middle class, and protect the freedoms that make our nation exceptional. Her story is proof that ordinary people with extraordinary determination can change the direction of their communities and their country.

On the Issues

1
Term Limits
Sarah is a strong supporter of term limits for Members of Congress and U.S. Senators. Serving the citizens of this country is a noble cause and for many, a calling. However, it should not become a lifetime career. Voters across the country and in Florida’s 7th Congressional District strongly support term limits and so does she. That is why Sarah proudly signed the Term Limits Pledge.
2
Ethics & Accountability
The public deserves ethical elected leaders who are accountable to those they serve, and they should ensure our government bodies embrace full transparency. Sarah will push for standardized Financial Disclosure forms that are mandatory and easily accessible to the public. She will also support a ban on insider trading by Members of Congress. Finally, she will fight to make sure Members of Congress only have access to the same healthcare coverage that ordinary Americans can access. No special plans, benefits, and pricing just for being an elected official.
3
Balanced Budget
Sarah believes that the federal government should live within its means, just as state and local governments must, and just like private citizens and businesses must. Because the federal government has sole authority to print more money, devalue the dollar, and run our country further into perilous levels of debt doesn’t mean they should. She will work to push for a balanced federal budget.
4
Pro-Life
Sarah is unapologetically Pro-Life, and she will work to ensure that U.S. taxpayers are never forced to fund abortions. She will fight against any efforts to allow embryonic stem cell research. Instead, she will support funding contraceptive research.
